Chicken with Tomato Sauce (صينية دجاج بصلصة الطماطم)

صينية دجاج ـ عربي


  • 15 chicken thighs or drumstick (skin on)
  • 1 green pepper (or any color)
  • ½ white onion
  • 1 tbsp. minced garlic
  • ½ cup original chicken wing sauce
  • 3 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp powder coriander
  • 1 tbsp. biryani spices (if available)


  1. Put the chicken in an oven pan.
  2. Put all other ingredients in the blender and blend until you get a think tomato sauce.
  3. Pour the sauce on the chicken. Cover the pan with aluminum foil and let it set in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
  4. keep the pan covered, place it in the oven and cook for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Remove the cover and broil for 5-10 minutes.
