Chicken Bites (كرات الدجاج)

كرات الدجاج ـ عربي
This is one of the recipes I like to make for friends gathering or kids parties. It is so easy to prepare and it tastes so good. I used the original chicken wing sauce as dip but my kids like to dip the chicken bites in ketchup.

  • 4 skinless chicken breasts
  • ½ white onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • ½ tbsp. minced garlic
  • ½ tbsp. cumin
  • ½ tbsp. black pepper
  • ½ tbsp. paprika
  • Salt
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour or bread crumbs
  • 4 tbsp. Mazola oil


  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a food processor combine chicken, onion, garlic and cilantro.
  3. Move ground chicken into a bowl. Add flour, black pepper, cumin, paprika and salt. Mix well.
  4. Using wet hands, form mixture into evenly shaped balls that are small enough to eat with your fingers.
  5. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry the chicken balls from one side until well browned, then flip and gently press on it with a fork to make them a little bit flat.
  6. Move the chicken to an oven pan. Cover with aluminum foil.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes.
  8. Serve warm with any dipping sauce.
