حمص ـ عربي



  • 1 can canned chickpeas low sodium
  • ¾ cup tahini paste
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. minced garlic
  • ¼ tsp salt


  1. Put all ingredients in the food processor or the blender. Mix well to produce a smooth purée.(You can add a little bit of water or olive oil if the mixture is too thick.)
  2. When serving Hummus, drizzle some olive oil on top, sumac and serve with pita bread or vegetables.
