This is a type of cookies that is stuffed with dates. I learned this recipe from a friend who is an expert in making Ma’amool. It is so simple and good to serve with tea or coffee.

I used soft dates or you can buy ready ground date.

I made the soft date and the dough into small ball. I ask my kids to help, they love it.

There are many different types of cookie molds (plastic and wooden). I have the wooden cookie mold. I pressed the dough in it then flipped it on the board .
