Macaroonah With White Sauce (مكرونة بالصلصة البيضاء)

مكرونة بالصلصلة البيضاء ـ عربي

This Recipe is so easy and tasty. It is made of pasta, ground beef and white sauce. You can use any type of pasta you have, I prefer Panini or spaghetti.

first: I boiled the pasta as directed on its box. drain the water from the pasta and mix it with the white sauce.


Second: I cooked the ground beef with onion and spices.


Third: I made the white sauce

Then I layer them in a dish then bake it.



  • ½ pound spaghetti
  • 1 cup ground beef
  • 1 small white onion, chopped into small pieces
  • ½ tbsp. cumin
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • For the sauce:
    • 5 tbsp. salted butter
    • ½ cup flour
    • 2 cups milk
    • 2 eggs, with 1 yoke set aside
    • ½ tsp salt
    • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese


  1. Boil spaghetti as directed on box.
  2. In a pot, sauté onion in Mazola oil.
  3. Add ground beef and spices and stir on medium heat until meat changed in color and become brown.
  4. Cover the pot and lower the heat, let simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Sauce:
    • Melt butter in a medium pot.
    • Add flour and stir until well blended.
    • Gradually add the milk, stirring constantly.
    • Add salt and eggs (keeping one yoke aside). Continue to stir until you have a thick, smooth sauce.
    • Add mozzarella cheese and stir until cheese melts.
    • Drain the spaghetti. Pour half of the white sauce on the spaghetti and mix well.
  6. In a baking dish, layer the spaghetti and the sauce as follows:
  7. Layer 1: half of the spaghetti
  8. Layer 2.: ground beef mixture
  9. Layer 3: remaining spaghetti
  10. Layer 4: remaining white sauce
  11. Spread egg yolk on top.
  12. Bake for approx. 20 – 30 minutes at 350 degree.
