صينية خضار باللحم ـ عربي

This dish is very easy to make and very tasty. It is made with ground beef and layers of vegetables. You can use a variety of different vegetables, such as potatoes, eggplants, green peas, and carrots. In this recipe I used just three kinds of vegetables since that is what I had in my fridge.


  • ½ pound ground beef
  • 3 big potatoes (peeled and sliced)
  • 5 big carrots (peeled and sliced)
  • 2 Zucchinis (sliced)
  • 1 green pepper (sliced)
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • ½ cup onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. ground garlic
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp. cilantro chopped
  • 1 cup water
  • Oil for frying


  1. Fry the vegetables in hot oil until they are half-cooked.
  2. Layer the vegetables in a baking dish. Set aside.
  3. Sautee onion and garlic in a skillet
  4. Add the meat, cilantro, salt, and spices to the onion.
  5. Stir and then let cook for 5-10 minutes
  6. Add tomato sauce and 1 cup water. Stir, cover the pan, and let cook for another 5 minutes.
  7. Pour the meat and tomato mixture over the vegetables
  8. Place the dish in the oven and cook for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
