كفتة بطاطس ـ عربي

This is a very nice and easy recipe. It is a little messy when stuffing the mashed potatoes with the meat then coating it in eggs and flour. I rinse my hands after every piece to make it easy to handle and not stick on hands. You can also try rubbing your hands with oil to prevent the potatoes from sticking in your hands.

Before deep frying Potato kuftah, you can keep it in the fridge it for a day or freeze it for about a week.
