Quinoa Salad (سلطة الكينوا)

سلطة كينوا سلطة كينوا


  • 1 cup quinoa.
  • 2 cups warm water
  • 1 big lettuce, chopped
  • 2 tbsp. fresh mint, chopped
  • 3 tbsp. parsley, chopped
  • 1/3 cup green onions, chopped
  • ¼ cup dried cranberry (you can use raisins instead of the cranberry)
  • ¼ cup Chopped almonds
  • For the ٍSauce:
    • 4 tbsp. olive oil
    • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
    • ½ tbsp. balsamic vinegar
    • ½ tsp Minced garlic
    • Salt to taste


  1. Place the quinoa and the water in a pot. Let it cook on low heat until quinoa is cooked well. Then let cool at room temperature.
  2. In a bowl combine the quinoa, lettuce, mint, parsley, green onions, cranberry and almonds. Mix well.
  3. Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl the pour it on the quinoa mix. Then serve.
