روبيان بالخضار ـ عربي

This is one of the easy recipes I make when I am so hungry and I don’t have time to thaw chicken or meat. Shrimp doesn’t need a long time to cook and it gets the flavor of any spice you add to it. for me, I like to use a spice mix made specifically for Shrimp dishes. You can make shrimp spice by mixing some of these: Cardamom, Cinnamon, Cumin, Coriander, Garlic powder, Ginger, Turmeric and Red pepper.



  • 3 tbsp. olive oil
  • ½ onion, chopped
  • 1 zucchini, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 ½ cup shrimp
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. shrimp spice
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp. Parsley, finely chopped


  1. Use olive oil to saute onion, zucchini and green pepper untiltender.
  2. chopped tomato, shrimp, parsley and spices stir on high heat for 5 minutes.
