After giving birth to my handsome boy, I gained a lot and I am trying to get back in shape. I try to make healthy food and sometimes I break it ;). I read many articles about Chia seeds and I made many different recipes using it. It is very tiny black seeds that turns into gel when mixed with water or any other liquid. It is rich with fiber and vitamins. Chia seeds will make feel full and have healthy digest system.

I made this pudding recipe using only strawberries. However, you can use any other berries or bananas with it.



  • 1 cup of 2% milk
  • 5 big strawberries
  • 1/2 tsp stevia sugar
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds


  1. In a blender, combine milk, strawberries and stevia sugar. Blend well Then pour it in a bowl.
  2. Add chia seeds and mix well.
  3. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until it thickens. Serve cold.
