صوص التوفي ـ عربي

This sauce is similar to Carmel sauce, it is sweet and used in some desserts. You can use it directly, keep it in the fridge or freeze it for a month.


  • 3/4 cup of white sugar
  • 1 can of table cream


  1. put the sugar in a deep pot and let it melt on medium heat.
  2. when the sugar is light brown remove from heat and add the table cream. whisk continuously until all sugar is dissolved and you get a light brown sauce.
